Offers in Desktell
Desktell enables hotels, villas, and resorts to showcase exclusive in-house offers, allowing guests to explore and redeem deals directly through the Guest Service Portal for an enhanced stay experience.
Offer Settings
- Customize how exclusive offers are presented on the Guest Service Portal. Set display details, manage visibility, and organize the order to promote in-house deals and enhance the guest experience.
How to update the Offer Settings ?

Navigate to your workspace
- Log in to your desktell account using proper credentials.
- Click on your workspace link to enter the workspace.

Navigate to the Customize CSP

Click on the Administration tab in the top navigation bar.

In the Administration section, click on the Customize CSP tab in the side navigation bar.

In the Desktell CSP, navigate to the Settings tab under OFFERS label.

Update the Offers Settings by filling in the necessary details:
- Display Name: Give a suitable name for the offer's tile visible in the room service portal.
- Display Description: Give a short description for the offer's tile.
- Display Order:Provide the display order number at which the tile will be visible in the portal.
NOTE:
- The tile active status can be updated using the IsActive checkbox(click on the checkbox, then save the updates by clicking in the Save button).

Click on the Save button to save the updated information.

How to add a new offer ?

Navigate to the Customize CSP tab in the Administration section.

Add a New Offer by following the steps given below

In Desktell CSP, navigate to the Offers tab under OFFERS label.

In the Offers tab, click on the New Offer button at the top, and fill in the following details -
- Offer Name: Give a suitable name to the offer.
- Offer Description: Provide a description for the offer.
- Offer End Date Time: Specify the end date and time for the offer.
NOTE:
- The tile active status can be updated using the IsActive checkbox.

Click the Save button to save the setting updates.

To edit an offer,
- Navigate to the Offers tab under the OFFERS label.
- Click on the respective offer link that you wish to edit.
- On the offer information page, click on the Edit Offer button, and make the necessary updates.

To update the active status of an offer, there are two ways -
- New offer creation - The active status can be updated by clicking on the IsActive checkbox, then clicking on the Save button to save the updates.
- Existing offer - The active status can be updated by clicking on the IsActive toggle button and accepting the dialog box message for the respective offer.
How to add and delete images in the offers ?

Navigate to the Offers tab under OFFERS label.

Click on the respective offer link for which you want to upload an image.

On the offer informaton page, click on Choose File button under Offer Image label.

Select the image from your desktop and upload it by clicking on the Upload button.

To delete an image, click on the delete icon located at the bottom of the uploaded image.
